These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and DONTTEMO Studio ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the DTETOOLS application and all related services, features, content, and websites (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account via email or Google OAuth. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
You agree not to use the Service for any fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purpose, or to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
All right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the "DTETOOLS" name, the DONTTEMO Studio mark, software, design, and graphics are owned by DONTTEMO Studio.
The Service may allow you to upload or process content ("User Content"). You retain any ownership rights you have in your User Content. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. DONTTEMO STUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL DONTTEMO STUDIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
